We are based in Norwich, Norfolk and currently cover central Norwich and surrounding areas within a 10 mile radius. However, if you do live a little further afield, please do not hesitate to contact us as we just may be able to get to you!
We supply all cleaning products and are happy to use your products too if you have a special preference. For our Domestic and Spring Clean service we do require you to provide your own vacuum cleaner. This helps prevent the transfer of dust, allergens and pet hair between different homes. However, please let us know if you are unable to provide as we can work around this.
We use a range of cleaning solutions, prioritising eco-friendly options where possible. If you have any specific product preferences or allergies, please let us know and we'll be happy to discuss them with you.
We love all your furry (or non furry) friends. Our general cleaning products are safe for animals and we are experts in cleaning pet hair and muddy paw prints. Please let us know if there are any special things we need to know to ensure their safety.
Your security is our top priority. All keys are labelled with a unique, non-identifying code and stored in a secure, locked safe. Security codes are digitally encrypted and stored securely. We never write down your address with your code or key.
Yes, you're in safe hands! We carry comprehensive public liability insurance to ensure your property is fully protected throughout our cleaning service.
Our cleans start from £40 for a minimum 2-hour visit. Pricing may vary depending on the type of service you require or products used.

Payment can be made via bank transfer. Our account details will be included on our Service Schedule for your convenience.
To secure your booking for our cleaning service, we kindly request payment in advance.
We also accept cash payments on the day if this arrangement is easier for you.
We're committed to clear and open communication. Our initial quotation includes everything we have discussed during consultation. If any additional services or adjustments are required, we'll discuss them with you first.

We strive for complete client satisfaction. If you're not happy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning service completion and we'll do our utmost to make things right as quickly as possible.
We understand that sometimes plans change. We kindly request that you provide us with 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee. If you need to reschedule, we'll work with you to find a new time that is suitable for you.
